NJVC digital replication services are performed using top-of-the-line media and production equipment and flexible processes. The division has 400 automated and manual drives to support custom optical disc (CD and DVD) generation. Automated and manual thermal printers provide water-resistant, custom artwork. Our 100 percent quality validation on all duplication gives customers complete assurance of all end products. We perform final packaging for optical discs to customer requirements, offering a durable solution to disc shipment and storage. Our automated packagers assemble the optical disc in a jewel case with the associated artwork and inserts. We have the capability to package single through quad packs and shrink wrap.
