Our Datacenter Management services provide full-lifecycle support for infrastructure and legacy storage systems, including engineering, forecasting and operations and maintenance. We perform regular preventative maintenance on and sanitation of storage hardware and provide resolution of incidents on storage software.

Our processes and procedures are based on ITIL V3 and industry best practices. We provide all necessary components required in support of a secure datacenter environment, including supply chain management, configuration management, integrated logistics management, engineering support services and security. NJVC Datacenter Management experts are trained and proficient on a wide variety of platforms, operating systems and technologies needed to achieve “best-of-breed” solutions every time.
