Simplified Transition to Civilian Employment
At NJVC, we strive to make the transition from military to civilian employment as natural as possible. Many jobs require skills acquired from military careers, for example, positions in strategy, development, IT and logistics. NJVC allows former service members to enter the private sector in a rewarding position that takes advantage of skills learned in the military, while often still working alongside servicemen and women, supporting critical missions in familiar circumstances.
As a provider of IT solutions and enterprise services to the defense and intelligence communities, joining NJVC allows service members to continue support of vital tasks to protect and enhance national security. All NJVC employees, former military as well as civilians, take great pride in the work they do in defense of our nation and in support of the warfighter, and adhere to the highest professional and ethical codes of conduct and practice, creating a welcoming environment for former service members.
