Vince Minerva is NJVC^® Senior Vice President, Market Management, responsible for directing the development and execution of comprehensive, measurable, strategic initiatives to broaden NJVC’s presence into adjacent markets, services and solutions. In addressing this critical element of our corporate objectives, Mr. Minerva reports directly to NJVC President Jody Tedesco as a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Minerva joins NJVC after nearly 12 years at BAE Systems, where he held a number of program management, line management and strategy roles: Vice President of Intelligence Systems and Vice President of the Center for Geospatial Intelligence, and most recently, acting Vice President for the company’s Defense Systems business area. Prior to BAE Systems, Mr. Minerva worked at both ITT Defense and Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation on a wide variety of intelligence, defense and civil programs. He held a wide range of line and functional management positions within engineering and program management, primarily focused on the capture and execution of programs. Mr. Minerva worked on space systems, ground systems and communication systems covering most aspects of the program acquisition lifecycle.

Mr. Minerva graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and completed graduate engineering work at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
