Terry Grimm SVP, Business Management Services

As NJVC® Senior Vice President, Business Management Services, Terry Grimm focuses on driving company efficiencies through process improvement and the use of technology. He oversees all aspects of Contracting, Supply Chain Management, Resource Management and Program Support.
Previously, as Vice President, Business Management Directorate, with the Information Technology/Information Services Program with one of the company’s Intelligence Community customers, Mr. Grimm provided coordination and oversight of a $450-million budget and resources, and liaised with all NJVC organizations and client mission elements and service areas to ensure optimal contract performance is met in regards to budget and resources.
Before joining NJVC in 2004, Mr. Grimm was General Manager for a $50-million U.S. Customs and Border Protection contract with CTSC in Lorton, VA. He possessed overall responsibility for the contract, which involved the maintenance and relocation of all customs detection equipment through the National Emergency Equipment Maintenance Repair Operations Center—a 24x7 operation. Earlier, Mr. Grimm was Director, Contracts, with CTSC and provided internal management oversight for the company’s federal government contracts. He also served as a Contracting Officer in a Secure Environment Contracting directorate with the U.S. Department of Defense, responsible for managing all contracts in support of a $410-million classified program.
Mr. Grimm served with distinction as a United States Army Officer, and managed 755 personnel and associated equipment assets in the daily functions of a combat engineer battalion. He also served as a Contract Management Officer serving with the U.S. Army Army Central Communications-Electronics Command in New Jersey and Panama, he retired in 1995. Mr. Grimm received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Glenville State College in Glenville, WV.
