Management Team
As NJVC® Senior Vice President, Business Development, Susan Hall, Ph.D., oversees all aspects of the company’s growing business development organization: account management, capture, proposal development, and strategic and tactical planning.
Dr. Hall has more than 30 years of experience in leadership and management of defense and intelligence organizations. She joined NJVC in fall 2009 as Vice President, Account Management, where she directed new business opportunities with the company’s largest Intelligence Community customer.
Prior to NJVC, she was Vice President, Business Development, Washington Operations, with L-1 Identity Solutions in Arlington, VA. During her tenure, Dr. Hall developed and executed a business development plan that targeted the IC and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Previous to joining L-1, Dr. Hall spent 28 years at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, with her last position being Director, NGA Support Team to DHS. She held several international positions with NGA’s predecessor agency, the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, and was responsible for agreements in southern Europe and Latin America. Career highlights include building and leading interagency support structures and teams, representing the Director to senior cabinet and interagency leaders, and forging community relationships in support of national security objectives.
Dr. Hall earned her Doctor of Science in Engineering Management and Master of Science Degree in Information Management from The George Washington University, Washington, DC; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. She has contributed to numerous industry publications, and is an Adjunct Professor of Applied IT at GMU.
