Management Team
As NJVC® Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR), Jerry Bosken leads the company’s recruiting and people service programs. A member of the Executive Committee, he reports directly to NJVC President Jody Tedesco.
Mr. Bosken, a senior international HR and operations leader in multiple industries worldwide, previously was chief HR officer with the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, where he played a critical role in developing the operations of its new state-of-the-art hospital in Abu Dhabi. Earlier, Mr. Bosken held appointments as chief HR officer for the Multinational Force and Observers in the Sinai and chief operations officer for Carnegie Mellon University at its campuses in Doha, Qatar, and Astana, Kazakhstan. He also was an international HR consultant for a variety of companies in Thailand, the Republic of the Philippines and Japan.
Mr. Bosken began his HR career with the U.S. Marine Corps, where he worked primarily in the Asia-Pacific region and retired as the director of personnel with the Marine Corps Base Quantico.
Mr. Bosken received his master of science in education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. He also holds dual certification from the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Global Professional of Human Resources.
