As NJVC^® Senior Vice President, Business Process and Transformation, Bob Abrams leads the company’s corporate focus to an internal and external service model and movement to a process-driven organization. He joined NJVC in 2010.

Mr. Abrams has more than 30 years experience in corporate technology development, implementation, execution and advancement, and served in executive leadership positions with companies at every level of maturity, from startups through members of the Fortune 100. He spent four years as Vice President, Research and Development, Corporate Information Technology, and Corporate Quality, with Space Imaging (now GeoEye) in Dulles, VA. There he was responsible for research and development of advanced automated imagery analysis tools, and the evaluation and implementation of enterprise solutions. Earlier, Mr. Abrams was Vice President, Desk Top Operations, at Seagate Technology in Longmont, CO, and oversaw disk drive products from design engineering thru to Asian manufacturing. Prior to his time at Seagate he held various leadership positions at Western Digital in Irvine, CA, including Vice President, Disk Drive Engineering; Vice President, Marketing — where he managed a $1.7 billion P&L; and Vice President, Operations — where he managed the company’s worldwide operations team.

Mr. Abrams received his graduate and undergraduate degrees in Applied Mechanics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
