Our management team guides the strategic direction of the company. Our leaders have decades of experience in their respective fields and professional roles, and are highly respected in the intelligence community, Department of Defense, and federal civilian agencies as well as among their peers.
  • As the President of NJVC, Jody Tedesco is responsible for developing and driving the corporate strategic plan while providing the vision, direction and leadership to ensure the company reaches its goals.
    Mr. Tedesco oversees all company divisions that deliver information technology services and solutions to defense, intelligence and civil agencies within the federal government. Based at NJVC headquarters in Chantilly, VA, Mr. Tedesco manages and facilitates all organizational elements and client relations. He joined NJVC in 2005 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Information Technology (IT)/Information Services Program Manager with one of the company’s Intelligence Community customers, and was promoted to his current position of President in 2006.

  • As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Gallegos is responsible for day-to-day company operations, including management of the Technical Services Division, leadership of the human capital lifecycle process and oversight of business development. Mr. Gallegos also evaluates new business prospects to ensure NJVC technology solutions evolve in support of the needs of customers new and old, as well as in support of expansion into new markets.
    Mr. Gallegos, a former Chairman of the Board at NJVC, has a long affiliation with the company and was instrumental to its founding in 2000.

  • As NJVC Senior Vice President (VP), Services Division, Vince Minerva responsible for managing and growing the company’s core business. This division includes the IT Services and Printing Services business units. In addressing this critical element of our corporate objectives, Mr. Minerva reports directly to NJVC President Jody Tedesco as a member of the Executive Committee.

    Mr. Minerva joins NJVC after nearly 12 years at BAE Systems, where he held a number of program management, line management and strategy roles: VP, Intelligence Systems, and VP, Center for Geospatial Intelligence, and most recently, acting VP for the company’s Defense Systems business area.

  • As NJVC Chief Technology Officer, Michael Carr is responsible for providing technology direction for solutions provided to its customers, including development of the company’s service offerings, as well as the company’s technology roadmap. 
    Mr. Carr joins NJVC after nearly 32 years of federal service at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and its predecessor agencies. In his most recent role, he was Director, Mission System Transition Office/Deputy Director, NGA Campus East. Mr. Carr defined, chartered and managed a highly technical organization engaged in engineering and transforming/transitioning system capabilities and provisioning new IT hardware and software in support of the BRAC-directed move to a new campus. He oversaw 200 people (government and contractor professionals), and engaged in the construction, fit out and transition of systems and 8,500 personnel to a new, state-of-the-art main campus—a nearly $3-billion project.

  • As NJVC Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chris Andersen leads the development and implementation of financial strategies to ensure fiscal objectives are met. He leads NJVC Finance and Accounting and develops long-term financial planning goals. Mr. Andersen works closely with senior management to develop and maintain the company’s annual operating budget, analyzes company operations to develop recommendations for cost savings and more efficient ways of conducting business, and oversees profit center accounting and control. He is a member of the NJVC Executive Committee and reports directly to President Jody Tedesco.
    Mr. Andersen’s 21 years of professional experience include 15 years in government contracting. He joined NJVC in 2009 as Vice President, Finance, and was in charge of the day-to-day activities of the company’s Finance and Accounting Team. Prior to his tenure at NJVC, Mr. Andersen was Controller for a $1.4-billion business unit, and earlier a $294-million segment, with BearingPoint. He was a key member of the Financial and Accounting Team that led the company’s effort to become current with SEC filings, and addressed and resolved many of its complex accounting and business issues.

  • As NJVC Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development, Sue Hall, Ph. D oversees NJVC partnership engagement, security, audit, legal and merger and acquisition functions. Sue is accountable for an amplified emphasis on each of these functions and other critical business components to support the persistent strategic expansion of NJVC
    Dr. Hall has more than 30 years of experience in leadership and management of defense and intelligence organizations. She joined NJVC in fall 2009 as Vice President, Account Management, where she directed new business opportunities with the company’s largest Intelligence Community customer.

  • As Director, Corporate Communications, Dara Dirth oversees the strategic communications vision for the company, overall corporate messaging, all related internal and external programs, planning and associated tactics, including employee communications, media relations, social media, philanthropy, intranet and Internet and corporate events. She reports directly to NJVC President Jody Tedesco.
    Previously at NJVC, Ms. Dirth was Communications Specialist and Meeting Planner with the Information Technology/Information Services Program with one of the company’s defense and intelligence customers. In this role, she executed more than 50 diverse events in classified and unclassified environments per year in support of this $450-million contract that employs approximately 1,800 individuals. She planned all end-to-end activities, including logistical details and meeting material preparation.
