  • As the president of NJVC, Chris Andersen is responsible for developing and driving the corporate strategic plan while providing the vision, direction and leadership to ensure the company reaches its goals. Mr. Andersen oversees all company divisions that deliver information technology services and solutions to defense, intelligence and civil agencies within the federal government. Based at NJVC headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia, Mr. Andersen manages and facilitates all organizational elements and client relations.

  • As NJVC Chief Operating Officer, Mike Carr is responsible for all day-to-day company operations, including leadership of all customer facing programs, technology solutions and corporate capabilities, research and development, and the associated human capital. Mr. Carr joined NJVC in 2011 and previously served as the Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, he provided technology direction for solutions provided to customers, including development of the company’s service offerings, as well as the company’s technology roadmap.

  • Robert Jeffrey “Jeff” Bongianino is NJVC senior vice president, business development. He is responsible for all business development activities of the company, including creating and executing business strategies and new business capture. Mr. Bongianino joined NJVC in 2011. Previously, he served as general manager, IT services business unit, with annual revenue exceeding $350 million. He was responsible for developing a compelling and competitive information technology service offering strategy for the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense (DoD), federal civilian agencies and commercial markets.

  • As NJVC Vice President, Business Services, Scott Pospichel leads a 50-plus-person Contracting Directorate that includes the Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Subcontracts and Contracts groups. Mr. Pospichel is the corporate contracting subject matter expert and authority, advising senior leadership on all contract matters, whether buying or selling, for a $350–400-million annual portfolio. He is responsible for overseeing the directorate’s budget and personnel performance planning, hiring, feedback and evaluation. Mr. Pospichel reports directly to the president.
