NJVC Promotes Patrick O’Neil to Program Manager, in Charge of the Company’s Largest Contract

Vienna, Va., Jan. 21, 2010 — NJVC, one of the largest information technology solutions providers supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), promoted Patrick O’Neil to the position of program manager for the company’s largest federal contract. Jill Bruning, program manager for the past 2.5 years, now is directing her focus on her role as the company’s chief operating officer.

“Patrick is a visionary professional with a solid record of utilizing key management and communication skills to lead the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives across diverse teams,” said Bruning. “This promotion recognizes his unparalleled service and his commitment to advancing the agency’s information technology and information services to meet its vital mission goals.”

O’Neil’s tenure with NJVC began in 2006. He has served as the deputy program manager for the last year, and prior to that was the director of special projects for the company’s largest customer. In this position, O’Neil was responsible for the successful execution of special projects organization. He also implemented the stand-up of a new center for technology integrations facility, developed the strategic plan and implementation for the most recent option year proposal, and identified partnerships that complemented and strengthened offerings. 

Previously, O’Neil was senior program manager with CTSC and Sagem-Morpho, Inc., where he managed implementation, operations and sustainment teams for several federal government defense organizations’ use of biometric systems and technology, and led information systems programs. O’Neil graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
