Corporate Governance
Since NJVC was founded in 2000, our organization has experienced dramatic growth. We went from a small company with less than 30 employees to become the Department of Defense's 17th largest IT contractor by 2006. As we grew, our people, processes, and technology also grew to meet the customer mission.
To continue to improve our services to our customers and build an adaptive corporate culture to support a flexible and agile workforce - with more professional growth opportunities, a growing variety of corporate services and capabilities, and a diversified client base - NJVC recently established a Corporate Governance program. This system facilitates understanding of how corporate decisions are made and how decision-making forums and councils interface with each other, empowering our employees and corporate stakeholders by helping them understand how NJVC is preparing for the future and how they can play a part.
Greater transparency about our decision-making process and more freedom to participate in decision-making has transformed NJVC into a more flexible, agile, and adaptive company. Governance processes are continually integrated into day-to-day business operations, processes, systems and plans, and are optimized as NJVC continues to grow and transform.
